The “IT” Bag by Ampersand as Apostrophe
The Mailbag or the “IT” bag by Ampersand As Apostrophe is this week’s Fab Find. Designed by Seattle-based designer, Jessica Park, the bag can be worned three ways. The handbags are also eco-friendly as they are made out of 100-year old leather from English mailbags (yes, this makes them more expensive but totally worth the price!).
“It’s versatility allows one to transform it’s use from day to evening and from shoulder bag to clutch” says, Park.
The “IT” bag is suitable for both men and women and comes in different colors. Jessica is currently working on extending this line of bags by making them from other materials. The bag has been selling like hot cakes in and outside of Seattle. The bag is Limited Edition- due to the fact that there are only 100 to be made and many have already sold. The full site for Ampersand as Apostrohphe will be launching by next week- which will include online purchasing. Local or not, you can email Jessica by going to her site and get your hands on this Fab Find.
Take a look and tell me what you think. Yes, it is the same bag, but I decided to show them in different colors.

Jessica is also the brilliant owner of the new Coming Soon… Concept Gallery and why is it called, Coming Soon…? because something new is always brewing at this hip gallery in Freemont.

gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!
I saw this bag in person at Fremont last week, being used as a hand bag:) It was beautiful! I loved the aged leather and the taught canvas liner. Sophisticated in style, strong and sturdy. Kinda, like my Grandpa:) I loved it, I want one:)
